- Wrote EcoDelegatedBukkitCommand.kt
- Wrote EcoHandledCommand.kt
- Wrote Eco#createSubCommand
- Renamed RegistrableCommandBase.java to PluginCommandBase
- Moved most of EcoPluginCommand.kt to EcoHandledCommand.kt
- Changed Delegate type in PluginCommand from CommandBase to PluginCommandBase
