* Shutdown metrics on platorm shutdown

* Listen to event instead of hardcoding it

* Annotate Metrics as a Listener

* Use temporary bStats fork to properly shutdown bStats

* Use bstats-base dependency (instead of the whole project I guess?)

* Formatting change
